[GAMEPLAY] Oracle's Elixir doesn't stay upon death

Hey Rioters, I couldn't do much but notice that since the update from consumables (and that they now stay when you die) this didnt apply to oracle's elixir in ARAM. I find it annoying that you need to buy Oracle's multiple times but the consumables only once. I would love to see the same mechanic applied.

How to reproduce:

1. Get 250 gold
2. Buy Oracle's Elixir
3. Die.

I think it's pretty self-explanatory, but if it's not you can always try for yourself in a game.
