[Gameplay] Renekton E cooldown visual bug

This bug isn't really gamebreaking but I noticed it at least 5 different times during my last game vs a garen top lane as renekton. After a few seconds of being hit by his spin (his e) my slice and dice showed the glowing dot that appears around the ability box on your hot bar at the bottom of the screen when your able to activate abilities again however i didn't actually use my dash yet and the icon was still yellow. It didn't effect the abiltiy as i was still able to dash twice afterward anyway. I went into a custom game and was able to repeat this several times just by standing in garen e for 2-3 seconds. This isn't a huge problem but it was very disorienting when fighting him cause i thought i only had 1 dash left at times
