Unable to play PBE for some reason

So, this is the error which im getting and im not really sure on how to resolve it. I've tried the other methods with the same text but different error code (5c or something) and that clearly isn't working for me, maybe because this is a different code? who knows, was just wondering if anyone could shed some light on the situation and possibly help me out, (also im kinda new here so sorry if i've put the issue in the wrong section).
