Won't let me pick a champion from mission

Just watch the video and you will see. It won't let me press view abilities nor select. HELP! I already quitted the game and opening it again but it won't work T-T ! I also tried hovering over the part which shows the buttons and then quickly moving my cursor over the buttons but it won't work. Is this a bug?

Having the same issue. Close and reopen, uninstall and re install, restart my PC. Nothing worked.....
