Bug with Vel'Koz, [GAMEPLAY]

I play a lot of Vel'Koz... And have noticed that his Q will hit dead players and blow up on contact with the corpse... Also I have noticed that sometimes his Q blows up when hitting Thresh's lantern. At first I thought oh maybe it's just at max range, but a few games later it happened at point blank.
