[GAMEPLAY] Miss Fortune W does nothing to ms when her passive just started

When entering in combat, then waiting the 5 seconds for your passive to activate, press W and you should get the 70 movement speed it shows in that square-buff thing, but that's just visual, because you can look at your movement speed still growing until it reaches the 70 movement speed bonus mentioned. I suppose this is not intentional since you can get the 70 movement speed instantly if you press W before the passive procs. For what I've seen, it reproduces the 100% of the time and it is very easy to see.
