20000 Empty folders in C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS

You guys should check your C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\ folder

I was wondering why there were 28K folders and only 9K files in mine. The vast majority of the folders were empty.

So I deleted all the empty ones. Restarted the client. It re-downloaded < 10 files and started perfectly fine.

What if I told you that they intentionally did this just to mock and spite every player?
