[CRASH] Sudden ingame freezing causes game to be completely unresponsive
The game will completely freeze during gameplay at random and become unresponsive, forcing me to force close the game with task manager in order to reconnect from the client.
After the game freezes, I cannot interact with the game in any way(keys, clicks, trying to move camera do nothing). Details : Game becomes 100% static, like a picture. Unable to recreate it on command. Tends to happen within the beginning minutes of a match, and has happened a maximum of 3 times in 1 game. However usually it happens only once per match. Freezes roughly every other match, but has happened 2 matches in a row before. Freezes while watching replays too. Froze less frequently in the past, but since the past 2-3 patches it happens more and more consistently
Miscellanous Details : The cursor however still appears as normal and I can move it around the screen, but game does not respond. When I watch a replay of a game where the game froze, at the time of the freeze my champion will stay still and eventually say I disconnected. Sometimes the windows 10 error noise will also play when the game freezes. No ingame sound after freeze. Does not seem specific to any particular champion. Freezes on both Howling Abyss and Summoner's Rift.
Edit : Looking at other threads I remember some other things that also occurred in my games but I thought nothing of at first. When I reconnect, there are visual glitches. Such as,
- TF's Pick A Card permanently over his head.
- Towers that are down still being visable, pingable.
