[CLIENT] New Champ Select Won't Load

When I try to launch a Draft Pick Game (Ranked or Normal), my client just shows a black screen and says "Arranging Team..." at the top. So I am not able to play either type of game. I have tried closing the client and logging back in several times but that does not work. Any help would be appreciated.
