Open the lol , the league of legends symbol or icon comes up,then goes away, and then nothing..

Anyone have this problem? You double click the league of legends icon, the league of legends symbol or icon comes up, and then goes away, and then nothing.. i've opened as administrator and same thing, logo comes up and then goes away and then nothing. I've restarted, I've turned off and on again.. Nothing.. Anything wrong with the game's launcher or has something become messed up on my end? 1.reinstall not work 2.admin permisions not help 3. other ip ..not help
