Game freezes during loading screen!

Firstly, wow is this an inconvenience as you have to hard restart your PC. Not to mention you can get punished for a bug in the game and not receive any XP when you join back. This is a nasty bug and it needs to be solved! So what happens is that you go through champion select then go into the loading screen. When it reaches 100% your ping will become frozen and the game audio starts for a second. This bug does not allow you to alt+tab out so you cannot open task manager to kill it. FIX YOUR GAME!
