cant load into games!!!!

i used to have this bug rarely in the past....in which you pick your champ go into load screen as usual and then the "%" stops loading and after a while you get an error stating "you have been disconnected check your internet connection" and you return to the client,and every time you reconnect it gives the same error. :/ now this has started to occur like 99% of the time and i got two 20 mins ban in the past 2 days cuz of something i cant do anything about. i have tried everything from reinstalling and patching and using vpn to get into game but none of it worked...hope you have some solution guys and thanks in advance
