Shaco clone doesnt interact with inhibitors

I'm not sure if this is a bug but shacos clone before the rework could aa inhibitors and now it cant. Also shaco's boxes dont proc a number of items or masteries and i was wondering about this as well. try it with liandries and rylias and thunderlords. simply want to know if this is an intentional or not. Any response would be appreciated
