Weird in game lag

So ive been having this problem for almost a week now ,and i can see alot of other players having the same issue . Whenever im in game i just start lagging/delaying ,my ping and fps are completly fine but i get heavy lag (like when you are watching a reply and u fastforward the same thing basically) .And ive tried everything to fix it (changed internet ips ,flushed dns,uninstalled/reinstalled league) but is still there . I was wondering if we could get a rioter into this because im not the only one and the number just keeps growing
