Bug - Ward skin no longer in inventory and accessible to pick

This is the first time I post so I hope this is what I do to report a bug:

I log on today with the 6.16 update and I no longer see my 2013 season 3 victorious ward skin. It doesn't show in the champion select ward menu or in the shop under accessories as owned ward skins. Just because its a 2013 ward skin doesn't mean it should just disappear. Anyone else notice anything similar / know what to do?

A Riot employee has confirmed that a bug has appeared that causes some ward skins not to appear in your inventory and they have been investigating it. The wards are still on the accounts, it is just not shown on the menus.
