[Gameplay] Double Clicking an Upgrade on Viktor Makes You Lose an Upgrade Permanently

Was playing Viktor and went to upgrade my Hex core twice because I had more thank 2000 gold. This means I should've been able to upgrade 2 of my skills. Accidentally **double clicked **one of the red buttons over the skill (E) and the game would not let me upgrade another skill. Tried to see if upgrading the hex core to level 3 would fix the issue and let me upgrade Q and W. Turns out it still only let me upgrade one. So basically I was walking around with my fully upgraded hex core and only two of my skills were upgraded. I could do nothing to fix this and you cant sell Hex Core either. My guess is when I accidentally double clicked the button really fast, the game registered that as 2 upgrades when in reality it was only 1.

Reproduce:

1. Upgrade Hex Core straight to Level 2 (Blue one)
2. Double click (really fast) the red button that upgrades one of your skills
3. Enjoy playing Viktor with a maximum of only 2 upgraded skills

I have reproduced this multiple times and found that you cannot only have 1 upgraded skill by triple clicking an upgrade after buying the perfect hex core. So it is only possible to lose 1 upgrade to the bug.
