Illaoi Ult Bugs

I recently purchased Illaoi to try her out and see what she can do. She is a super fun champion with a fairly straight forward strategy, wait for the enemy to group and then go ham :D. Unfortunately, I have begun to notice frequent bugs on her ult and a few minor ones, the ones I know of thus far are...

1. This is the big one. Frequently when I ult, the tentacles will either fail to spawn or even if they do, they won't smash down after the ult. Whether they are supposed to or not I actually don't know, but its causing some very inconsistent results form my ult. The odds seem to go up when there is a Morgana black shielding one of the targets that gets hit by the ult, or when people try using hard CC on me while I'm ulting.

2. Tentacles from ult don't interact with W when I have spawned a lot of them. This bug usually happens on teams where the enemy also has clones such as shaco or leblanc or other champion ghosts like a mordekaiser ult or yorick ult. So whne I spawn around 4-6 tentacles form my ult, they just spawn and don't interact with my abilities.

3. I don't know if this is a bug or not, but if I use W on a target while I"m blinded, the W will miss, this is supposed to happen. What's unclear is if the tentacles should smash or not. when up against a teemo the tentacles will smash even if I'm blinded, but if I W a black shield target what is supposed to happen? this one isn't a bug, its just very unclear how much of Illaoi is countered by Morgana's E and can be very confusing.

Anyways these are my experiences with this champion, but as fun as she is, I won't be playing her anymore because of the inconsistency on her mechanics. at this point, if anyone has any answers that would be great, and if you also have experience with these bugs please chime in :D/ any feed back would be greatly appreciated.
