Vlad W with Turret shots

Hey Rito, So I've been playing Vlad for a couple seasons now and just started trying to get better with him and noticed that when I W as a turret takes a shot, even if I W as it makes the "Firing" sound before the animation begins, I take damage for the shot while in form...but if I zhonya's the shot it doesn't apply the damage first...Can ya'll fix this please? It doesn't really make sense for it to apply the damage if my animation to be in pool form finishes before the turrets shot is animated.
