Sion's R & Q bug?

Was just playing a ARAM as Sion, and at one point I wasn't able to use my Q nor R. I was thinking it was my keyboard at one point. Just thought ppl should know.

Turn on Smart Casting. All "Charging" abilities can experience it.

If that doesn't work, closing the game and relogging back will fix it too, but I haven't had the problem since I went all Smart Casts, and I mained Sion during Poro King.
