Champ Select Bugging Out

I just patched today, played two flex games, and was fine. Then, in my 3rd game's champ select, after I locked in my pick, champ select bugged out, and things were all misplaced or completely gone? Some things I could click on, but others I couldn't. Is this new client still in alpha? Is it worth switching?

My print screen didn't work, Just imagine if you were to zoom in the view, and remove the map view. That's what it looked like.
