Directx error every time I try to load a game

I have googled this issue to hell and back. Here's a short list of everything I've tried: Restarting my computer Deleting the DirectX registry entry Reinstalling DirectX Updating my video card drivers Disabling and reenabling my video card A full repair of the game client Uninstalling and reinstalling the entire game

And NOTHING HAS WORKED. I cannot play the game since the latest patch hit. wtf Riot
