Not getting RP after buyed

I buyed 620RP with mobile payment just 5 mins ago i did all the steps and when i buyed i losed my money bot didnt get any rp its says its 33% done but i did all of the step. If any screen shots need i have when i buyed it with "KUPI1"

WTF they took your money without ever getting RP? Smells like scam wtf. Contact riot support page and submit a ticket there.

they said if i have any screen shots of me buying RP to send to them but i did in my first ticket

For somehow they are really friendly [slayer-jinx-wink]
