Cant no more use CTRL + spellcast (Q,W,E,R) to quick level up a spell

I am using this binding since forever to quick level up my spell, and since a week, the game no longer recognize the combination ...

I also tried binding other action with the same combination, but the game really doesnt recognize it ...

I can bind any other key on my keyboard + CTRL but those 4 letters ...

Is it a bug or just for me ?!

I just used that a few minutes ago, so I'd say it's on your end.
