Crash/champ select

Twice in the past month the notification, "group disbanded" has popped up when my client exited champ select. It doesn't help really that it's also a ranked game.

The first time it exited the client, i actually spectated a game meanwhile not knowing the game i got "disbanded" from was actually still going on..yet i was able to spectate a game? after messing around i decided to start up another game because i decided not to wait on my friend, it popped up with a notification saying, "reconnect you're in a game" or something on those lines. I thought that was just a glitch so i exited the entire client and logged back in, again it says to reconnect so i went ahead and clicked on it. The game i got "disbanded" from and never got another notification from until i decided to join a game was going on, and i was considered "afk" by my team, probably reported, even though 15 minutes in i started playing but of course we lost with a free farm mid on the enemy team in bronze/silver elo.

SO, i lost points because of a glitch?

Again this happened tonight, but this time the "group got disbanded" and i didn't get to reconnect, i lost 4 points in ranked and have a 5 minute wait time, when i didn't EXIT champ select or the client or did anything to disrupt that champ select...

anyone else have this problem?

because i'm REALLY hoping so, because maybe riot will fix their crap and i won't keep losing lp because of a glitch.
