Mark of the Kindred - Hunting Jungle Monsters (Rift Scuttlers)

So I've been having a lot of problems playing (Kindred) where her passive: Mark of the Kindred will not trigger when attacking jungle monsters, mainly on Rift Scuttlers. This has been occuring for the past 3 weeks, where just basic attacking the Rift Scuttler, after killing it, will not trigger Kindred's passive and it won't give you a stack on your passive.

This is only happening within the first 3 marks which are Scuttler marks, as 4+ are more in the enemy jungler and 6+ is Rift Harold/Baron Nashor and all of those trigger normally.
