My 2 friends got bugsplatted and i was trying to remake, but for some reason the game would not let us even though 2 player did not even connect which in turn caused a loss and put my friend in low priority queue

if you've connected to the game and bought items and left the fountain, i think remake is disabled after

It's not. I had a bugsplat, got in the game after a remake was started, bought items, left fountain, hit NO on remake, and it still went off and I lost 17 points.
