I have been getting S- rank or higher on champions that I haven't gotten chests for but I still don't get the chests for them. The refresh for the chests says that I have 3 chests available to collect but I still don't get the chests even if I get an S- rank or higher.

i assume he used up all his "chest slots" which you can see on the bottom left of your profile. or he plays champs he alrdy got a chest with

Inkling Commando1 votesif you have locked honor you are unable to earn any rewards, chests or keys. i don't believe honor lock restricts event tokens but i may be wrong.
