Watch a live game or VOD

I have watched like 3-4 of these games, even disabled ad-blocker.

Yes I was logged in. The page said I was set up to receive these rewards.

I have not received my reward. :|

for some reason, the watch and earn missions are not updating and I think it is their server. this problem occurred last time too

It counted for current games.

i have figured it out that currently only watching LEC games work for right now and usually watching 10 mins is enough

Jan 18 games work but later games don't, very strange though

This is currently happening to me as well on the Team Liquid pass. Its been stuck on 1/3 for the last 7 games I've watched. Its pretty upsetting to have to spend riot points for this pass for it to not work and not earn any rewards.

I was trying to figure this out for the current one, and I think the reason is that the current streams and VODs aren't actually for the thing it's telling to watch. It's something to happen in a few days but not right now. Currently it's like Korean and European Championships while the thing to watch is World Championship. Not sure if that's the case, but it's the only thing I can see on my end.
