Red/Blue Buff Visuals Shown After Buff's Timed Out

Recently, I was playing a normal game with 4 friends and a very odd visual bug occurred. After my jungler died to the opposing team's Caitlyn, giving her double buffs, she had the visual blue and red buff rings around her for the rest of the game. This is the first time I have seen this, and I am not sure exactly what caused it.
