Rakan spoils of war bug
When I use targons brace on rakan spoils of war doesnt work...he never executes minions below a certain health. Plz fix so i can build this, because without spoils of war its pointless to build this way

Rakan is ranged.
Relic Shield's execute only works on melee autoattacks (as clearly stated in the first sentence of the passive's description).
This is going to be the new "Relic Shield bugged on Thresh", isn't it?
anything above 175 range is considered ranged
