Cannot Play ARURF in PBE Because of Server Connection Errors

I've been playing ARURF all day and have noticed that in almost every game there is an afk on either team. Then I was just about to play a round with my friend and the game throws up an error message saying that it failed to connect to server. I had to sit and wait for my friend to get out of game before joining him again. Fix your game please, Riot.
