Head of Kha'zix no longer appears on Rengar[GAMEPLAY]

I was playing Rengar today with a Kha'zix on the enemy team. 'The Hunt' quest appeared and I won. But even though I won the Head of Kha'zix did not appear. As you can see in the photo I uploaded (hopefully I did it correct) the Head did not appear. It even says that I won the hunt and when I hovered over the bonetooth passive it did not say that I have 20 stacks (assumed it was a visual bug). I don't know if I do get the head but it doesn't show it. I really hope this gets fixed, 'The Hunt' is probably my favourite things about this game.
