What is this?

During a recent game I ran into a brand new thing.

in the pre and post game lobby there was a bronze text about one of the players. said they had earned the hextech annie skin for good behavior.

in the post game lobby it displayed "markftc is a badass carry". due to the fact that there was no capitalization it made me wonder if maybe that player was using some sort of code injection to make the client display the text.

I have a screenshot if this is not an actual feature and the devs want to investigate, goggle produced zero results on what it was, which is why I came to the conclusion that its not a real feature of the client.
