Blue Essence PBE

Ok so I know from reading a Rioters post about the new changes for RP and that we testers or PBE members get RP every time at 11:30 PDT. But I ran out of Blue Essence and Ive been on PBE for a while and I really need runes but I have none and I have not heard about Blue Essence refills. Please help me out would really appreciate it thanks!

some people says riot will give u blue essence and rp every sunday in PBE. I thought riot will change the rune and masteries system back to the new "rune" system after this week.
