Dominion: Azir leaves base before start

I tested this multiple times, While playing as Azir, i can use his W, Q, E combo to get to the first capture point on either side, before the gate let's anyone else down the ramp. I'm not sure if this was overlooked or if nobody tried/tested it. But i find this to be pretty unfair to the enemy team. You're able to start capping the point as soon as the gate opens. To do it correctly, W,Q,E to one spot, and then don't move. if you click anywhere you'll head back to the (nexus ring?), and repeat till you get to the first capture point.
