[Client] At the 28 second mark of preferred champion selection the client freezes

At the 28 second mark in the preferred champion selection of draft pick mode the client freezes and has to be aborted via task manager. Happened twice in a row. Though frozen for user a friend in my lobby informed me that the selection process preceded until a dodge occurred as the user's client was frozen. I am launching client repair now I will post if this fixes the problem. The repair did not resolve the issue
