Miss Fortune XP counter stuck at 12600

Miss Fortune reached mastery level 4, and the xp count does not increase when I view it in my collection. Just checked before playing a blind pick game and it was at 12600. After finishing a game, i saw the grade i got and it seems like i should get +125 xp for Miss Fortune, but then in my collection the xp is still exactly at 12600.

I assume you don't own her?

That's right. Is it as simple as that? Gotta have a champ to go higher than lvl 4?

If you do not own a champion, the maximum mastery on them is level 4.

If you own a champion, the maximum mastery from points is 5.

6 and 7 require 2 s- ranks and 3 s ranks while having the previous rank complete, respectively.
