no rank given after game

i was playing a normal game, we ended the game, and i had a pretty descent score, this was the last game i need for lvl 6. and after the game it couldn´t load a rank for my game, i closed the the game hoping for a rank. i logged in again, but when i opened the profile/match history (it displays rank next to ip earned) but there was still none... i would really like to be able to get a rank for my game. this happened in a normal unranked game summoner´s rift. i was playing with a friend he didnt get a rank either. and there was a super fed gnar with a lot of farm and a lot of damage dealt, no rank neither. riot i would apreciate you fixing this.
