[Gameplay] Kha zix ult + youmuus interaction

When ulting as Kha Zix, activating youmuus will break stealth. Other stealth champions that get youmuus such as twitch and rengar do not have this issue and seems to be kha zix specific. This bug has been around forever and seems like no big deal but its counter intuitive and quite frustrating. With the assassin update coming soon, and with rioters saying they will be looking at rengar bugs as well as stealth in general it feels like a good time to finally squash this bug
