Twitch's ultimate goes through target without damage. After coming out of stealth and using ultimate, I was shooting Xin. After Xin dashed up right next to me, my autoattack was working and I can see the attack, but the attack was going past Xin without damaging him.

I can attest to this its like Twitch's Ultimate is created a bit in front of you, so people really close don't get hit.
