Miss fortune is smoking…
Or more specifically, her right gun. I’m not entirely sure what triggers it, but every match where I saw a Miss Fortune did not end until one of her guns continuously emanates smoke.

Yep, it usually happens later on in the match. Maybe something to do with her ulti? It's been like that for probably 3+ months that I know of lol.
