REFUND MY SKIN PLS !!!! I DON*T ENJOY IT after 1 GAME

Hello, so i bought Pulsefire Caitlyn (1820RP), but after 1 game a it doesnt feel good to play with it. I asked support if it is possible to refund, but they said no. Very nice, i spent a lot to this game and you cant help with this simple problem?? ! So if i buy something and it is bad or broken, i cant return it? WELL RIOT wouldnt lose money I just want to buy something else i would enjoy. You enjoy my money but i dont enjoy your skin !!!!! Or at least give me that pool party Caitlyn, because Pulsefire sucks... !!!! So simple. Till you fix this im not gonna buy anything else.

Here im looking for some help so someone can notice and do something about this, im pissed at support ppl.
