Sion's Q Bug

So last few times i've gotten Sion on Howling Abyss (ARAM). Usually (but not everytime) about halfway through the match His Q ceases to work, Sometimes other skills as well (Varies which ones). Which requires me to have to back out of the match and reconnect to fix.

To recreate just play sion a few times on ARAM and you're bound to encounter it. Not sure if this happens on Summoners rift as well or not. Yet to try.
