Re-roll in ARAM and didn't get it back after someone dodged

I used a re-roll in ARAM then someone dodged and i didn't get my Re-roll back. Is this a bug or or working as intended. I was using the new client if that means anything. Is this a bug or working as intended? If this is intended, dodgers need to penalized more heavily then they are. Thank you

I also used both of my re-rolls and didn't get either back when a random guy dodged. This is very triggery, please fix.

just happened to me aswell

Edit: I did get them back, however only when I queued up after the game where I did not have the rerolls

Same just happend. with the new client. if it is intentionally this really sucks
