Is "Typhoon Clows" ineffective with Stated Devourer?

Looks like you just figured out how unique passives work.

.. If you still haven't though, if two items have "Unique Passive - <NAME>" and the name is the same those passives will NEVER stack.

Oh god.. they have the same name... All right my bad..

But why ? It would be the only 2 items in game that have the same passive from different builds.

I get why both passive shouldn't trigger or stack from each other, but I don't think it would be disastrous if otherwise they both coexisted. Ie : the sated dont stack the typhoon, the typhoon don't stack the sated, only the champion shoot 3 shots and there is never a ghost inside those 3 shots.
