[CRASH] Wukong patch 6.2 sometimes hangs client

Playing Wukong, this happened 4 times and only since patch 6.2. I did not happen with other champs. It happens in the middle of gameplay. The client does not exit but the desktop switches to Windows. When I go to "task manager" the League Of Legends client shows "the process is not responding". The process cannot be ended in task manager. I cannot switch back to the client. The game continues and Wukong will walk to whereever was last clicked. I fix this by signing out of Windows (log off) and signing back in

Steps:

1. play Wukong
2. game hangs eventually, does not exit but does not allow to switch into client again
