everytime i go to get into a lobby

Every time I get the Match found screen i get a "trying to reconnect" box....sometimes it shows up after I've entered the lobby as well. The lobby i was just in I hit the champ i wanted to ban and when i hit the ban button i got the "trying to reconnect" box then after it went away it said someone dodged and returned me back to the queue the next time the match found box came up it wouldn't let me press accept and instead acted like i declined it....I went to re-queue back up and it said because i recently left a lobby I must wait 6 before re-queuing......yeah this seems fair.....................
