Remake system not working

Its now the 5th game in a row where the remake system is not working and we have to suffer for way more than 15 minutes. Please fix this. Veigar was afk from minute 0 on, didnt buy items and is still afk (min 10). Fix this crap

They have to be DC for remake to work. sadly a player being afk doesnt count.
