Syndra can place Q behind target and use her E and the target will still be stunned. Have replicated with several friends

I think that's because her force of will pushes outwards (pushes champ into the ball then the ball is projected along with the champ - resulting in a stun due to contact with the ball) - it doesnt push the entire area in one go. But that's what i seem to find when i play syndra. However i dont know the details of your testing so i can't explain fully. Btw if it does occur like i said it does then i think it's not a bug just an odd mechanic.
