[GAMEPLAY] Ekko Protobelt Bug

When you use Phase Drive + Protobelt the blink delays for 1 second and it messes up big time. Not only that, this is a very frequent problem.

as you can see in the video the second part of the phase drive is not instantaneous.

weird. it's almost as if it's acting as a buffered move and treating protobelt as a recovery state.
